I worked at Goldrush full-time (Less than a year)
Working at sales seems that it's a good experienced. You meet a lot of people you deal with different attitude and how you help them for their needs.
Working like on sales you have to be very careful especially it's a new skills for me buying a gold but by learning it there's satisfaction especially if you satisfied your customer on what they want.
Advice to Management
Just follow the instruction of yous boss and what they want then eveything will be ok.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Goldrush (San Francisco, CA) in June 2011.
I was set up through my staffing agency and interviewed within the week. I came in, was showed the office which held about 7 rooms in addition to the main working area. I went in with the HR supervisor, interviewed for around an hour. The interview was very conversational, and easy going. I was called 2 hours after the interview and offered the job.
I would make sure you know what the position entails and ask any questions and concerns you may have about the position.
