*Some major changes in the organization often came with long hours and difficult shifts in employee expectations, but I imagine this would be difficult for any organization.
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Goldstar Events (Pasadena, CA) in July 2011.
Emailed my resume via Job site and was given questions to answer. The next step was a phone interview with the CEO. After a week was given an in-person interview with the CEO and head of venues. Then had a meeting with CFO, which was more casual then the previous interview.
