We are proud to announce that Carrie Galli, Dawn Langeland and Carrie von der Sitt are now on our global executive board, helping Golin achieve gender parity at our top leadership level. We believe this is another step to moving our agency – and the PR industry – forward and to redefining our future. #goallin
At Golin, we believe now is the time to embrace public relations, not run away from it.
Golin is building a new, progressive form of public relations to reach a profoundly diverse global market. Our approach aligns earned-first, data-driven creative with the customer journey, to deliver maximum impact for our clients.
We are proudly taking our industry back and moving it forward. And we go all in on our agency culture.
We want our employees to fit their careers into their lives, not the other way around. So, we boast some of the most progressive employee programs in our industry.
We were the first agency to offer unlimited time off to all global employees. And on the topic of sexual harassment and inequality in the workplace, we do something about the problem. We work together with our employees to create cultures of shared empowerment across all offices.
Interested in joining a team filled with the brightest and best in the industry? Then, Golin is for you. We offer employees a dynamic and exciting place to work. We recognize that our people are what differentiate us. We foster curiosity, creativity, collaboration, drive and bravery in our core values, and we believe that hiring and retaining the best employees who embody those characteristics are a prerequisite to client satisfaction, business development and financial performance. We take care to create a friendly, stimulating, team-oriented work environment. And while our employees work hard, the Golin style is supportive, warm and welcoming.

Sometimes there is a lot of work and little time for personal life
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Golin (Dallas, TX) in May 2017.
There were three 15-minute interviews all back to back on the same day. The interviewers asked a variety of questions related to experience, passions and goals. They were also informative and gave detailed explanations of the experience you would receive if chosen.
