I’ve been here for five years and what initially attracted me to Golin is what continues to keep me here. The creative+ innovated environment and commitment to diversity and inclusion are some of the main reasons why I love coming to work every day. Recently Golin’s managing director, Ginger Porter, has brought tremendous change to our organization creating an even more welcoming environment and elevating our diversity and inclusion efforts. Although we are located in an awesome building, it's a little hard to get to but we manage.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Golin (Washington, DC) in October 2018.
1. Phone interview with recruiters 2. In person interview with digital strategy lead, associate, and two directors 3. Writing prompt/case 4. Final interview with managing director. Nicole and Sarah (East Coast recruiters) were amazing! Super responsive, approachable, and friendly. They answered so many questions on my offer letter and really helped me understand everything.
