    Pros

Working at Goodlord is unique in the sense of numerous internal roles and opportunities for accelerated career progression vs working in corporate environments.

    Enhanced Maternity & Paternity pay.

Regular wellbeing coaching sessions, feedback, regular catch-ups with People team, weekly company-wide updates and social events. Regular 1-2-1 with direct manager. Constant feedback and opportunities to have your views heard.

    Generous Personal Development Budget.

Unlimited holidays and flexible WFH policies.

Culture and diversity companywide. Genuine happy buzz! You meet some amazing people.

    The adorable pooches!

    Cons

Lack of intra-team communication and projects, especially with fresh minds and individuals. Sometimes it can be useful for a new perspective or person to collaborate with other teams for broader ideas.

    Advice to Management

Engage with a variety of minds as this allows greater ideas and outside the box solutions.

Maintain a close-knit 'relationship' with your employees. You're all really doing great!

    Application

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Goodlord.

    Interview

The interview process was very nice and friendly, they made you feel very comfortable during the calls.
The downside was feedback, I regularly had to chase regularly after each step for feedback, with the final stage feedback being three words "its a no"

Other than that negative, it was an enjoyable experience
