I worked at Goodrich Quality Theaters part-time
I worked at a Goodrich Theater from 2013-2015. It was my first job and challenged me for the first time to work in a team setting, constantly stay busy and work in customer service. I made some wonderful friends and felt appropriately challenged in my position. I was able to obtain many great references from my managers that actually helped me get my first internship. I am very fortunate to have had the experience of working here.
The schedule changes every week, and there is a lot of turnover when hiring is poor.
Advice to Management
Put more effort into hiring.
I applied online. I interviewed at Goodrich Quality Theaters (Noblesville, IN) in August 2017.
One of the managers took me aside for a one-on-one interview. It was a very typical interview that asked about my availability, interests, and qualifications.
Tips: Don't get too discouraged if they don't call you back about the job when they say that they will, as the entire process took about a month from the time I turned in my application online. If you're hired, turn in your paperwork ASAP so they can get it through the system, as mine took about a week to clear.
