ProsGoodwin has great people from top to bottom. Back in my corporate HR days, I was a client of Goodwin's, so when I decided that I was tired of the corporate grind and wanted to be a recruiter, Goodwin
ConsNone for me. It is a straight commission role, which isn't for everyone, and you are your own boss, which not everyone can handle. I plan to be here until I retire.
Advice to ManagementPlease keep doing just what you've done for the two-plus years I've been here.

InterviewInitially spoke with a recruiter for an internal position. Position is 100% commission based and the recruiter mentioned on average it can take up to 90 days to get paid. Training seemed pretty minimal
