Interview
The structure was pretty standard, an introductory interview followed by a series of interviews with other individuals. What I did not like was the attitude that they were better than everyone else in the room. In the end, I did not get a job offer and they said one of the reasons was that I wanted to own my own business one day. They said that they were looking for people to spend their entire career at Goosehead with 100% of their attention. I don't know about you, but I don't want to work somewhere that thinks it should be my sole focus in life.Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
