I have been working at Gorilla 76 full-time
- Flexible working environment and great benefits
- Working on a team of skilled, competent individuals
- Excellent company culture (stemming from the great people on the team)
It's a small team and you are expected to work hard. Not really a con, but something to know going in.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Gorilla 76 (Saint Louis, MO) in November 2017.
After a phone call, I was invited to interview with cofounder and two employees I would be working under as an intern. Found the environment very welcoming and comfortable.
I was asked a variety of questions, but most importantly I was asked many questions about what I wanted to get out of the experience. This was more in depth and unlike other interviews I had in the past, and it allowed both employer and employee to get a real idea as to whether or not I was fit for this position.
After the interview, I was given an assignment to determine whether or not I would perform well as an intern. Although it was challenging, it was appropriate given the large number of responsibilities I will have.
NOW SHOWING: Ideal customer and buyer persona profiles for manufacturers. Starring Joe Sullivan.
