I do not have anything negative to say about this company. I'm just shy of 6 months into this job, and the Jon and Joe continue to push to make the company better while making sure their employees

Continue pushing for your business and people. And keep listening to your people like you are. Know that it's seen and very appreciated.

    I applied online. I interviewed at Gorilla 76 (Saint Louis, MO) in Dec 2020

    Interview

    It was a refreshing mixture of formal and informal interviewing. The process started with a transparent discussion with the agency owner about cultural fit, a phone call with a potential peer at the agency, a grander more formal interview with 4 employees and the two agency owners over Google Hangouts, then one last interview with my potential supervisors and peers that was more hands-on and tested my technical knowledge. It was fast-paced, thorough, objective, and most importantly the agency respected my time and availability throughout the whole process.

    One question that was challenging, but illuminating was to describe how I would set up a PPC campaign from start to finish and explain my thought process using the prompt the agency provided.
