Interview
I filled out the writer application on the website and within an hour, Jon (one of the founders) emailed me to set up time to chat the following week. We talked for maybe 15-25 minutes. Later in the week, I talked to someone I'd be working with, and the following week I had a group interview. Within two weeks of applying, I had an offer. It was a very, very quick process. Everyone was very communicative.InterviewWhat are you reading? Tell me about a time you faced adversity. If you could write a long-form blog about anything, what would the topic be? They also asked about my experience writing long-form content, interviewing subject matter experts, receiving feedback.
