Management appears to focus too much on COObeing somewhat as a "Superior Being."
Whenever Ray cane to the unit the Director always became tense and expected staff to be the same. Salaries were put on hold, so a new unit was built. Counselors had to come in on their unpaid time to do case notes, due of understaffing.
Advice to Management
Treat your employees with respect, hire enough staff to get work evenly distributed fairly. It's not all about your bank account.
It's great that the company now has a new COO. Not sure about the Director at Cataumet.
