Large Loss Prevention program with multiple levels, from door guards to a Loss Prevention director, and everything in between. LP employees were prompted for feedback to to run their areas uniquely as long as the basic corporate expectations were maintained.
District Loss Prevention Managers and Regional Loss Prevention Managers seemed to stay in place for a long time, so while there was growth potential on paper those promotions were hard to come by.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gottschalks (Fresno, CA) in June 2011.
Hard a phone interview first, then met with the District Loss Prevention Manager, and at the end a group interview with the District Loss Prevention Manager, Regional Loss Prevention Manager, and the Director of Loss Prevention. Very direct questions and not a lot of time spent on small talk. They had scripted questions and then off the cuff follow up questions based upon my responses.
