Excellent phone manners, excellent customers relations in persons and over the phone, patient care, clerical, faxing, and filing skills.
Administrative work, answering phones, serving customers on a daily basis, contacting local and off-island vendors, requesting order request from various departments, creating purchase order, request invoices for receiving for payments, weekly receiving reports to finance, and follow up on all departments orders and confirm shipping arrangements.
