    Pros

    Great Supervisors
Lots of perks like catered lunches, pizza parties
    Great benefits and 401K match
    Stock options

    Cons

Seniority based company. May take years to get to day shift.

    Advice to Management

Hire some people from outside the company who can bring in new ideas. Most of the employees have worked there for 30+ years or are interns that got hired. The 30+ year employees have not been exposed to what other companies are doing and the interns have not experienced it either.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Graco (Rogers, MN) in July 2017.

    Interview

The process took about two months. First I got a screening call from a recruiter. Then I got invited to an onsite interview with a department manager and future supervisor. It took about an hour and a half, where I had an opportunity to talk about my previous experience, projects I have been working on previously, my expectations and etc.
I was not the only one they were interviewing to it took about two weeks untill I got a call back and got invited for a second interview with their HR manager, which was very similar to the first one. The difference was that this time they were talking more about the Graco, its values and the job type I will be doing. Within the next week I got a call with an offer.
