    Pros

Grail has great clients, great projects and great people - the hiring process is very rigorous and included case studies. Our clients are demanding and consider us to be very unique in our ability to deliver high-value workstreams from remote locations.

    Cons

It's a client driven business, and clients aren't always concerned about the impact their requests have on you. Management does track hours so they have a feel for excessive hours, and they want to mitigate this since replacing people for this company is difficult.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Grail Insights.

    Interview

Initial phone screen, then flew me out to SF to do presentation and multiple panel interviews. Most people I interviewed with were cold, distant, and had next to no idea why they were interviewing me, the role, or how I would be interacting with them on a day to day basis. It was an impressive waste of my time.
