    Inside Sale Representative Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in San Antonio, TX

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Grainger Canada (San Antonio, TX) in March 2020.

    Interview

They mostly used the star method they asked over a situational questions. Making you think that you got the job offer. Saying they look forward to seeing you up in the following couple weeks. You have to be thorough with your answers. When calling back the location to find out what was upcoming since they did not call me back their response was that the answers were planted generic when I was told by the recruiter that it was supposed to be straightforward and to the point.
