I have 30 years real estate admin (a combo of residential, commercial, REIT, loan coordinator, closing coordinator…) looking for a remote or somewhat close by job 32137. Open and eager to learn on the job and do what needs to get done. Title is not important but compensation is a little more important…min $20 per hour. I am 2 months into my new position at Rose Associates as a leasing agent and I hate it. I worked at my last property management company as a leasing agent and did considerably well. At Rose Associates, I haven’t received any formal training on their CRM and procedures. My property has tons of vacancies due to it being very outdated and unorganized. I feel like I made the biggest mistake in my career, what do I do next?

I am a new agent meeting with my brokers today and wanting to bring up doing property management as well in 2024. I would like to help people manage their short term rentals since I live in a college town. How should I bring this up to my brokers? Also what should I ask or find out?
