    Pros

Amazing coworkers, management, environment, great pay/commission opportunities. products, continued education.

    Cons

Nights, holidays, weekends, hard to get any time off without scheduling in advance. Favoritism at times can be hard to understand. Parking

    Advice to Management

Rotate weekends. Make sure full time employees are working more than part time. New parking structure for employees like the Casino.
