I have been working at Grand Valley State University full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Working with bright young students is the best!

    Cons

    Too much bureaucracy.

    Advice to Management

Cut the fat in the administration layers - too many high paid administrators adding very little value to the university's mission.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Grand Valley State University.

    Interview

Very easy interview, was basically just a conversation about my schedule and start date. The process took two weeks. I received an email to schedule an interview, and only hours after the interview I was offered the position.
