Company is dying due to past management's bad decision making. They have gone from $800MM to under $500MM in only a few years while shedding in excess of 1500 people from a 2600 person company.
Advice to Management
Continually laying off sales people in the hopes that you will grow the business isn't really a good strategy.
I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Grand & Toy (Fort McMurray, AB (Canada)) in June 2015.
You apply online. Based on your experience and reference they will call for interview. HR person takes interview. Interview is very straight forward. Questions about the area, the position and various behavioural questions.
