    Interview

I had 2 in person interviews.

The first was short and with just the hiring manager. Very enjoyable.

The second was 3 weeks later and it was long and honestly exhausting.

I've been in IT for over 16 years. I'm a Sr. level professional. I have gone though some intense interviews. This one could have been consolidated considerably. I met with 6 different interview teams of 2 people each for a half hour to an hour each. Yes, the interview lasted for over 5 hours!

I understand being thorough and having a strong vetting process. This was a little overkill IMHO.
