Superior customer service is the number 1 focus in everything they do here. From the person answering the phone to sales to pharmacy personnel, everyone is focused on delivering the best service. I love that!

Update employee policy for Holidays and paid time off. Seems a bit behind industry standard.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Grandview Pharmacy (Brownsburg, IN) in August 2011.
Demanding. However, the overall process was helpful and gave me equal opportunity for employement. The interview process overall was pretty standard. I interviewed with HR after taking the IQ and personality assessement. I then interviewed with the director supervisor of the position I applied for. Standard interview questions and review of my resume. I was contacted by HR and offered the position. I sent a follow up email with the job outline and compensation agreement. Entire process took about a week.
