I have been working at Grant Associates full-time (More than a year)
This company is not only concerned with the bottom-line, but also in the success of their employees. Genuine attention is given to our concerns and even when something cannot be accommodated they will go out of their to explain why and offer alternative options. Certainly an ideal place to work.
More company wide activities could prove useful.
Immediately when I walked into my interview I could tell that the woman I was interviewing with was discriminating against me based on my appearance. I smiled and was polite and engaging throughout the interview anyway and according to her asked "really good questions". I'm not sure if she was just going through the motions or is normally so cold with people, which would be odd given that her profession revolves around interacting with people.
I received a rejection notice before I even got home.
It's called reverse discrimination. Given the fact that she shared with me that she doesn't even have custody of her 5 children combined with the reviews here, I don't feel so bad.
