I am M3 at top 10 PA firm in MCOL. I do core tax compliance and provision prep and audit. Recently feel like the hours got worse and don’t expect them improve. I was thinking if there are any opportunities to make the switch to more compliance type projects with slightly better WLB. Ideally, dont want to take significant pay cut.
