I have been working at Grease Guard, LLC full-time (More than 8 years)

Working here is amazing! We work hard but we get to play hard thanks to our owner. We have a company paid luncheon once per month where the owner hands out gift cards for birthdays, anniversaries, and rewards employees who have stood out due to performance or sales. We get holiday parties, company picnics, family days, and GENEROUS Christmas gifts and bonuses. Everyone in management is very involved and passionate about the company. It is truly like a family here and we treat each other as such. The company covers a huge chunk of medical insurance and offers many other benefits, pto, and perks. Pay rates are definitely higher than average.

None at all that I can think of.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Grease Guard, LLC in October 2014.

The company first called me for a telephonic interview, was told they would call back, week later they did. I had another telephonic interview, then another at which point was told that I should send my personal documents VIA E-mail. Then was informed that they we would be back in touch after the License check and Background check. Was informed that I would be headed to another town to do a ride along and they would call me back with the details. A week and a half later and I contacted them was told they were holding off for operational reasons. I hold a Secret Clearance and have NOTHING that would preclude me from getting the position. The next day saw the job being posted again. I fully understand if I am not what they are looking for. I find it disturbing the lack of honesty and to be strung along for over a month and turned down several other offers for interviews, They made me feel like I had the job. My wife and I were excited for the opportunity and were extremely let down by the lack of professionalism we received from the company.
