I've been with Great Clips for over 6 years. I appreciate the standards and goals this company has set for us. I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Great Clips.
very easy, just asked a list of questions regarding personality test questions, experience with doing hair, how well you will be able to work with a group of women. interview took about 30 mins and got a call the next day. Scheduled a date to do the technical interview involving doing a fade and woman's layered haircut. they checked the cut and it went well. called me the next day to say i got the job and when i could come in to start orientation and training.
