I worked at Great Dane full-time (More than 3 years)
Encouraging environment where I was celebrated for my accomplishments. Lots of perks, including coffee, monthly birthday celebrations, and freshly popped popcorn - the culture really continued to improve each year. It was a great environment to grow in and the decision to leave was difficult. Great management from my direct supervisor, who was always encouraging me to manage projects that interested me and willing to step in to assist when I was feeling overwhelmed. Great benefits and profit sharing program. A lot of my coworkers were good people who were wonderful to work with.
Encouragement to explore new projects expanded my role and ultimately lead to a large work load that was difficult to manage. Small chances for advancement or redefinition of role within the company. Occasionally difficult to get timely responses from Savannah office.
Advice to Management
If you're investing in people with training, you may want to explore advancement at an appropriate time to retain your investment. Promote from within. Would also love to see some diversity in leadership roles.

I interviewed with the team I would be working with. They were direct and conversational. They asked behavior based questions and wanted to know how I think and the skill set that I had. They were interested in what I brought to the table and what I hoped to gain from the experience.
