Pros
Great culture, diversity. So many opportunities to grow within the company. Freedom to move to a different department if you find your current department isn’t the right fit for you. Family friendly/fun atmosphere. Great benefits.
Cons
Speaking of the housekeeping department only, this is a very physically demanding and repetitive job. I would highly recommend you be in good health and not afraid of hard work before applying here. But it is very rewarding if you are willing to put in the effort. The hours can be unpredictable sometimes due to the nature of the business. If we don’t have many guests checking in , you won’t get as many hours as you might like. If it’s the busy season, you may end up working more hours than you expected. But as with any job, flexibility is a desired trait. It all evens out in the end.
