I worked at Greater Than One full-time (More than 3 years)
GTO is a very nice place to work --very high-energy. The environment is demanding but the opportunities are huge. I haven't seen another company consistently reward high performers as well as GTO.
Scheduling can be a little tough, and demands excessive, but it's hardly as bad as my years on the client side. Level of talent among certain aspects of the organization is not quite where you'd find at a "bigger" agency, although that's not why clients choose GTO...
Advice to Management
Please don't lose sight of the culture that makes this place such a great working environment.... more group wine tastings, softball games, town-hall meetings -- we can never have enough of those.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Greater Than One (New York, NY) in January 2015.
They asked about your experience, what your role will be there and talked about the company and talked about they got their jobs. The other assistant was very honest about her experience there and what to expect. She explained its a great job to get your feet wet but the field is not the best.
