Flexible work hours. Other than that, I don't see what's good in this company.

Advice to Management
For those who is considering the engineer job,
If you are here to learn stuff other than AutoCAD, good for you!!!!!! You can learn to solder, crimp, and cut wires just like an operator!!!!!!
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Greatlink International (Fremont, CA).
I was invited to a face-to-face interview by the recruiter via email 3-4 days after I shoot the resume on zip recruiter. Before interviewed by the interviewer, I was brought to a small conference room to take a quick quiz. The quiz consisted of two parts, computer-based and written-based. Computer-based quiz tested your Solidworks and AutoCAD skill. However, AutoCAD was not even mentioned in the job description. Computer-based quiz was quite easy overall. Written-based quiz asked the questions about connectors and some must-knows as an engineer. (For example, what is SOP?) Being interviewed by the interviewer, I was asked plenty of behavioral questions. (weakness, multi-tasking, work under pressure and etc…) I was also told that speaking Mandarin was a must since Greatlink has a factory based in China and you need to communicate in Mandarin with them. They did not provide the tour of facility at the end of interview nor pay for the interview travel.
