Advice to Management
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Green Lawn Fertilizing (West Chester, PA) in January 2020.
I had two separate interviews. I first met with the CFO, then I was called back to meet with members of the leadership team. Both interview sessions were very conversational, it didn't feel like an interview at all. We discussed the position responsibilities, my background and the company. It was a very thorough discussion. Everyone wanted to make sure that Green Lawn was the right for me, just as much as making sure I was right for Green Lawn.
Interviews in general are stressful, but everyone made me feel comfortable with the process.
