    CEO is a real person that is engaged in the company at all levels. No visible classes of employees and everyone is treated with respect and equal. Good work/life balance!


    Can get hectic at times juggling projects so you have to stay at the top of your game during those times and be good with self organization.

    Keep doing what you are doing because it is working!
