Pros
GreenPrint is a company that truly values their employees. They encourage you to have a voice, speak up about your opinions and ideas, and they actually acknowledge them. You're heard when you talk. They have a very open mind as a company. It's not like "can't teach an old dog new tricks" kind of mentality with management. They pride themselves on agility and adaptability. GreenPrint truly wants what is best for their employees, the company, their clients, and the world. It's exciting to work for a company with so much growth potential and who really wants to not just make an impact in for the company, but for the good of the future.
Cons
Because the company has grown so quickly, there are some growing pains, especially when it comes to establishing processes. BUT everyone is aware of that and is actively working to come up with the most optimal solutions moving forward.
Advice to Management
Keep allowing your employees to voice their opinions and ideas. It's so valuable.
