Employees in this position are able to work from home 100% of the time. Very flat / horizontal structure. Competitive compensation package.
Lost its boutique roots since the Firefly rebranding-- becoming increasingly corporate. New management's leadership skills are questionable. Decreasingly differentiated from competitive companies.
Advice to Management
The COO should take the reigns, and restore the culture that was able to sustain an unparalleled retention rate. Slow down on hiring. Leverage business development function in a more traditional sales role.
