I honestly can't think of a single pro
1. poor management
2. treats workers like machines
3. appalling standards for food hygiene, food has just been dropped on the floor by workers and even supervisors then packed as if it never happened.
4. Insane amount of hours with practically no break, by the time you have gotten out of your overalls and sat down breaks over and your putting it back on. if you want a to spend time with family or loved ones during Christmas? you crazy you don't even get a decent break regardless of how long your shift has been.
Advice to Management
your employees are human beings not machines to be burned out like light bulbs, get your act together
