    I have been working at Greenhorne & O'Mara as an intern (Less than a year)


    Very open and amiable working environment. Coworkers are friendly and management is very accessible. Technologically sound with many resources available. Pay is fair for interns. Work-life balance is great.


    Interns are sometimes assigned menial tasks. There is no training program or training period. Everything must be learned on the job.

    Advice to Management

    Have a more structured internship program and establish a training period for interns to learn the ropes
