I worked at Greenstein Rogoff Olsen & Co full-time (Less than a year)
Good work-life balance. Very flexible. Can leave for medical appointments/kids activities and then come back and work later to make up for it. No early notice required. Meal provided for tax season.
Very slow in summer and winter. Not enough workflow. Managers stay in the company and never want to get promoted. No potential growth for young professionals. It's a very laid-back working environment. If you want to do something with your career, I would not recommend working there.
I applied online. I interviewed at Greenstein Rogoff Olsen & Co.
3 interviews on site, each with a group of 2-5 people. Kind of overwhelming, but not difficult. Those are great people, but it may be hard to please everyone.
