We think we have a lot in common with our customers, because the Greenway team is comprised of physicians, nurses and other clinicians, as well as practice administrators, health system/hospital executives, financial experts and information technology innovators. Making a difference across communities.
At Greenway, social responsibility is integrated into our business model. As a company dedicated to the advancement of health, Greenway is keenly aware of not only the challenges of the sustainability of healthcare and how it impacts communities, but how our solutions can and should provide philanthropic benefits on many levels.
Software as a service. Literally.
To meet that goal, in 2010, Greenway® donated our integrated EHR, practice management and interoperability software PrimeSUITE® to Northern Kentucky University’s College of Informatics and College of Health Professions. There, it’s being used to create merged curriculums to aid in the training, development and research tools of the next generation of health information technology professionals.
We followed the donation of PrimeSUITE with one to the University of West Georgia in our hometown of Carrollton, GA, and provided the technical support and training for the university’s Health Services Center to convert health records for its entire student population from paper to digital charts to improve healthcare coordination.
Those are but two examples of how we’re working to make a difference.
Taking our efforts a step further, in 2010 we launched The Greenway Community Foundation, which embraced the Carroll County chapter of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta as its initial beneficiary. The Greenway family is proud to assist the Boys & Girls Clubs teach life-applicable skills while having fun and preparing kids for their future.
The Greenway Community Foundation has provided ongoing programmatic funds, on-site mentoring and company-sponsored internships toward employment to the nearly 200 Carroll County youth ages six to 18 the club supports through its own comprehensive outreach to area youth.
Alyssa Daniel of Carrollton High School received the Greenway Foundation’s “Do Right Scholarship” for 2012. Greenway developed the annual $3,500 award in 2011 to provide college education assistance to a high-school senior and member of the Carroll County Boys & Girls Club.
Students are selected based on demonstrated financial need, academic merit, leadership in the community, extracurricular activities and community service. The award is also a recognition of the invaluable community service the club provides.

Can't trust Management, medical benefits are outrageous
I applied online. I interviewed at Greenway Health (Tampa, FL) in July 2017.
I applied on 7/4, received an email on 7/5 asking me to complete an online personality assessment and cognitive exam. The two together only took about thirty minutes. On 7/12 I interviewed with a Talent Acquistion Partner who invited me to complete a second cognitive exam that was proctored via Skype. After that I had a phone interview with the hiring manager followed by an in-person interview about a week later. That same day I also interviewed in-person with the VP of the department, and then later that day I had a phone interview with another senior manager. HR stayed in touch throughout the process and made it as simple as possible. Even though the entire process included a total of seven points of contact (the online exams, the proctored exam, and then five interviews) I really appreciated their diligence in making a hiring decision. I was very impressed with every person I came in contact with during the process and can't wait to get started in my new role!
