What drives us to deliver value.
Our potential to improve lives is limitless. That's why, at Greenway Health, our mission is to expand possibilities in care. Here's how we're turning our vision into a reality:
1. We inspire practice transformation.
We empower physicians, practice managers and medical professionals by generating new energy and enthusiasm. Our technology and support help caregivers not just adapt to change, but realize the full potential of their practices.
2. We design solutions and services that delight.
We cut through the noise, discovering caregivers' spoken and unspoken needs, and create solutions that spark joy. Our goal is to make using technology as seemless as possible.
3. We restore the care in healthcare.
Properly supported caregivers provide better care. We partner with physicians and their teams, providing resources that make their lives easier, so they can get back to changing their patients' lives.
The foundation for our culture and for achieving that success are Greenway’s core values:
If these corporate values are a fit for your own, we encourage you to consider joining the Greenway team.
What makes us unique.
Greenway® genuinely wants to know What is Your Experience?®. It’s a question we constantly ask of our customers, our partners and ourselves.
We think we have a lot in common with our customers, because the Greenway team is comprised of physicians, nurses and other clinicians, as well as practice administrators, health system/hospital executives, financial experts and information technology innovators. We seek out those with experience in clinical environments when hiring the people who will deliver our solutions, which are all designed, developed and supported in the U.S.
But we know our customers are on the front lines of healthcare delivery every day, and their ongoing input is critical to our development cycle, as are the insights we gain through our relationships with strategic business partners and dozens of healthcare and health IT organizations. It all guides our innovation, business strategies, partnerships and actions, helping us help our customers make a difference.
From weekly KLAS-style conference calls to regional events, beta partner relationships, dozens of customer tours by senior management, and our popular annual user conference, we aggressively encourage dynamic interaction with and among our customers to ensure that our solutions’ workflow, usability and functionalitymeet their current and future needs and maximize the value they receive from their relationship with Greenway.
Yes, it’s a phrase that’s often overused. But the commitment to an exceptional customer experience and outcomes is one that the Greenway team takes very, very seriously, and we’re constantly told that it’s a true Greenway differentiator. Every day in every way, we’re asking What is Your Experience?
Making a difference across communities.
At Greenway, social responsibility is integrated into our business model. As a company dedicated to the advancement of health, Greenway is keenly aware of not only the challenges of the sustainability of healthcare and how it impacts communities, but how our solutions can and should provide philanthropic benefits on many levels.
Software as a service. Literally.
To meet that goal, in 2010, Greenway® donated our integrated EHR, practice management and interoperability software PrimeSUITE® to Northern Kentucky University’s College of Informatics and College of Health Professions. There, it’s being used to create merged curriculums to aid in the training, development and research tools of the next generation of health information technology professionals.
We followed the donation of PrimeSUITE with one to the University of West Georgia in our hometown of Carrollton, GA, and provided the technical support and training for the university’s Health Services Center to convert health records for its entire student population from paper to digital charts to improve healthcare coordination.
Those are but two examples of how we’re working to make a difference.
Taking our efforts a step further, in 2010 we launched The Greenway Community Foundation, which embraced the Carroll County chapter of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta as its initial beneficiary. The Greenway family is proud to assist the Boys & Girls Clubs teach life-applicable skills while having fun and preparing kids for their future.
The Greenway Community Foundation has provided ongoing programmatic funds, on-site mentoring and company-sponsored internships toward employment to the nearly 200 Carroll County youth ages six to 18 the club supports through its own comprehensive outreach to area youth.
Alyssa Daniel of Carrollton High School received the Greenway Foundation’s “Do Right Scholarship” for 2012. Greenway developed the annual $3,500 award in 2011 to provide college education assistance to a high-school senior and member of the Carroll County Boys & Girls Club.
Students are selected based on demonstrated financial need, academic merit, leadership in the community, extracurricular activities and community service. The award is also a recognition of the invaluable community service the club provides.

Advice to Management
Keep explaining why we are doing what we are doing...we need ongoing understanding to keep getting better.
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Greenway Health (Tampa, FL) in February 2018.
The entire application and interview process was an extremely positive experience. I applied on the company website and received an email the next business day with links for me to take a personality and cognitive assessment. After taking the assessment, I received an email the next business day from Talent Acquisition about speaking by phone with her. We spoke the next day about my interests and this position. Next step was another cognitive assessment proctored. I could take it at home via a skype type session or there in the office. I chose the office and after the test was pleasantly surprised to get a tour of the office environment by a member of Talent Acquisition who administered the test for me. The office environment was very pleasant. Five days later I had a phone interview. Spoke for about an hour with manager and director. We exchanged emails and two weeks later I received an offer. Very excited about attending the onboarding process and starting this job!
