    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Greenwich Hospital (Greenwich, CT) in August 2010.

    Interview

Filled out an online application. Tried to drop off a paper resume but they don't accept paper resume's. I was called several days later by human resources. The lady spoke to me on the phone for about 15 minutes asking me why I wanted to work for them. She then made an appointment with me for the following week to interview in person.
First I spoke with the human resources person then was taken to the lab to speak with the manager and one of the department heads. That interview went very well. It stayed on a professional level almost the entire time. Only branching off to speak of my thoughts and wishes for the future long term of employment with them. That interview took about an hour and a half. I was then given a tour of the lab and then walked back to human resources for a final short talk with the recruiter there. All in all a very satisfactory professional interview.
