InterviewThe process is done in ~4 stages: resume drop/phone screen, take home technical exercise, case study with the Managing Parter, and then a final round in person at their Providence office
Phone Screen: typical tell me about yourself, why Greenwich, asking questions to show you'd done your research Take Home Technical: You have up to 3 hours to do an Excel analysis on "crawler cranes". Pretty straightforward and easy if you know your way around Excel. Case Study: Is more of a mental math exercise. Managing Partner is pretty nice and welcoming but could be intense. Final Round: As you would expect, meeting the small team to make sure you gel with them & another lengthier case interviewAnswer Question
