There is a reason why the leadership tenure averages 9+ years. Every team member has a voice, if they are interested in sharing it leadership wants to hear it. They are open, flexible and have the best of intentions for each individual. This is a large company and is not for everyone, but with that provides amazing opportunity for those willing to show up, have a positive outlook and be dedicated to the common goals.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Greystar (Salt Lake City, UT) in October 2014.
Casual. I was targeted to fill a specific role. The interview was more or less to see if I would be a good culture fit. They made sure I fit well with the existing staff.
