I applied online. I interviewed at Greystar (Albuquerque, NM) in January 2017.
Applied on indeed and instead of waiting to be called, I called the property within minutes of submitting resume. I'm very aggressive and when I want something, I go after it. Spoke with the property manager and was informed that interviews were being done that day and he asked if I was available. 1.5 hours later I had a very laid back interview. The flow was very natural and comfortable , I have a strong real estate background and am very familiar with property management. I was the last interview of the day on a Friday and the manager advised me that he would be conducting more interviews Monday and get Back with me by the end of the day on Monday. I was very confident with how well my interview went but played the waiting game and got a call early Monday morning with an offer for employment. Successfully passed background check, drug test and enjoyed my first day on the clock.
