Depending on the owner, great housing discounts
Some managers are very petty. Closer into town you get, the more it feels like high school. Minority staff members tend to be treated less than. Although they say its not true, it is an unspoken issue.
Advice to Management
Regional managers should get to know their teams past the onsite manager on a personable level. Great staff members will leave due to feeling looked over.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Greystar.
Received a call from a recruiter who set-up an initial phone interview with the hiring manager. After the initial phone screening, they scheduled an in-person interview with an Associate at one of their regional offices. I received a follow-up call to attend a panel interview with 4 members of senior management.
