I have been working at Greystar full-time (Less than a year)
I have been almost one year with the company and my personal experience have been very good.. Good work ethic, they follow rules, regulations and guidelines and you can find them on there employee site so you know exactly what to do and what not to do, well put together company with a good structure, they have pillars of excellence, they encourage to always do the right thing and they inspire people to “BE” better and to always do better, benefits are good, they teach and guide you, company activities, very good life/work balance, they notice your hard work and they have great opportunities to growth and promotions, pay is good, bonuses, they carry a positive attitude but at the same time they are positive, they lessen and they are realistic!! They promote respect and trust specially if they see that you know what you are doing, they follow up and help if you have any issue. They are prompt to come up with solutions if there is any bumps and they love team work. What I really love about this company is they are very genuine and transparent and how quick they are to help you to do and be better and they encourage all there employees to be different to be passionate about there work to love what they do and to give back and allowed you to give a great costumer service and provide an excellent experience to everybody. So far I strongly recommend this company and i hope they keep on the good work.
So far in one year of experience I have not see any cons.. trust me no one is perfect but this company is very good.. there will be times that you will have to work hard and you will run in to a bump here and there but at the end of the day this is a job and because they are quick to respond and to help you if you need help it makes a world of a difference and there positive attitude makes every little issue disappear.
Advice to Management
Please keep up the good work, keep on BEEN excellent, keep on doing the right thing, keep on been nice to your employees and we will keep giving the company 110% !! You guys inspire me to love my job and love to come to work so for that I thank you!
I applied online. I interviewed at Greystar.
After one long phone call and two in-person interviews, I received a standard rejection letter seven weeks later that appeared to be something sent to those who didn't even receive an interview. Nothing from the hiring manager who I dealt with in all three interviews. In hindsight, I wonder if they were just asking candidates to present ideas because their team is struggling to fill properties in this area.
