I have been working at Griffith Company full-time (More than 3 years)
In what is arguably the most challenging industry to work in, Griffith Company is adaptable, innovative and open-minded to doing the best for their clients, employees and stakeholders. The company, for better or worse, is always trying to improve. Unfortunately, change takes time and is tedious, especially the way the company is structured. With that being said, there is a system to the madness - from field to office. Upper management (from a field perspective) allows employees to do their work and is always in support mode in assisting with arising issues. Many benefits, growth, professionally challenging opportunities and learning experiences for employees who are willing to do the work, put in the time and contribute to change.

Advice to Management
Hold the "C" players accountable
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Griffith Company (Brea, CA) in January 2017.
Phone Interview followed by a Group Interview. It was a very easy process and the response time was quick. For the group interview, it was three rounds where you talked to two people from each division.
To honor Women In Construction Week, we hosted a lunch on March 8 to celebrate the value of our women employees. Roughly 40 women from our Brea and Santa Fe Springs offices attended to network and be empowered by motivational speaker, Colleen Hauk.
Griffith Company is spreading some holiday cheer to communities in Los Angeles and Orange Counties and even as far away as Michoacan, Mexico. We are hosting toy and food drives, and donating funds to the L.A. Mission and Orange County Rescue Mission.
