I worked at Grizzard Communications full-time (More than 3 years)
The people that worked there at the time were generally passionate about what they did and overall a nice group of people. Some cool company perks like casual dress, free manicures and treats to celebrates employee birthdays.
The HR department does not look at the person as a whole, but through a convoluted view. This is not good when it comes to seeing a persons potential and/or shortcomings.
Advice to Management
Get rid of the people that make the company bad, even if they are in a top position. If there are multiple complaints about 1 person and everyone say the same thing, take it seriously.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Grizzard Communications.
The initial interview was over the phone with the manager and a second with the team lead. In general if you have a good personality and have some of the requirements you just might get the job.
