    Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Groendyke Transport (Enid, OK) in January 2009.

    Interview

Tense at first, but the CEO provided some calming of the nerves when he recognized a few nervous reactions. It was very detailed, structured, planned questions and several about who I was and not what I was just capable of doing

    Interview Questions

    • If I were an animal, which one would I be....   1 Answer

    Negotiation

I didn't feel like there was an option to negotiate. I was told "this is what it pays", and just simply didn't think I was worth asking for anything else.
