I have been working at Groundwater Environmental Services full-time (More than 10 years)
The local staff are great to work with, every one is willing to pitch in and cover. The company appears to have a bright future. They have diversafied there portfolio away from major petroleum. They have picked large power utility contracts and government contracts. All this while still satisfying there major historical petroleum clients.
The company is still going through regional realignment pains which are being exasperated by there continued growth. Reginal staffing is a bit thin need to add additional staff and accepted lower regional probuctivity.
Advice to Management
Better communication from the top and a more willing mess to listen to the bottom,. They are the ones making the company money.
I applied online. I interviewed at Groundwater Environmental Services (Odenton, MD) in September 2017.
Applied online and received an email to schedule a phone interview about two weeks later. The phone interview (audio only not Skype or anything like that) was with several managers.
