I have been working at Grovo full-time

    Pros

Awesome, awesome product backed up by really great teams. Looking at you Customers Success and Content team!

The company is in the midst of major transformation. Yes people have gotten let go as part of this, but the new leadership I believe is making the right moves to right the ship. The former leadership nearly drove the business into the ground.

It's an exciting time to be a part of Grovo as we're in rebuild-mode. Lots of opportunity to give input and help shape the future of the business.

    Cons

If you don't want to join a company that's changing on a quarterly and sometimes monthly basis, this is not the place for you.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing. Love the transparency.

    Application

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Grovo (New York, NY).

    Interview

I went through Hired. We had an initial phone conversation, as part of the Hired process. The company sounded really interesting and the interviewers were really nice. Mostly general questions about my background to and giving me information about the company and upcoming challenges. There were a couple of relatively simple technical questions asked by a second person. They invited me to formally interview on-site and I ended up declining and staying at my existing position for personal reasons.

    Reasons for Declining

I chose not to go further after the phone interview. They wanted to have me come in person, but I ended up deciding to stay at my current position for personal reasons.
