    I have been working at Grow.com full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    The team immediately accepted me. We work hard here but have lots of fun. The managers are great at coaching but not micromanaging.

    Cons

    It is a start up so you'll be wearing lots of hats, this is potentially a pro though because it gives you experience in so many different areas.

    The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Grow.com.

    Interview

    Met with the VP of sales and we talked about the entire sales process, the company and went over a number of things. He asked me to sell Grow to him, I had looked at the website and knew a little about what they did but was not prepared to sell him on it.

    It wasn't an easy interview, but they made it very clear on the caliber of person they are looking to bring on. I then met with the CEO and we went over a few other questions involving my goals for a career and I really enjoyed that.
