The interview was basically a day in the life as a BDR. A group of around 15 were given brief instructions and a general call script, and were sent out to cold call potential customers within a specific zip code for 3 hours. Calls were recorded through an online software to be reviewed later by the hiring team. Many of the applicants enjoyed the process and learning how to deal with rejection and keeping a conversation going. I did not. We were paid for our time.InterviewNo Questions in this interview
