I worked at Grubb & Ellis full-time (More than a year)
Great benefits and flexible hours. Treats people fairly and provide adequate training.
Small environment to develop different skill sets.
Some of the upper management can be hard to deal with.
Budget can fluctuate year to year. Project can be pulled in multiple direction.
Advice to Management
Give respect to employees and treat them fairly without favoritism.
Provide flexibility to work from home from time to time.
The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Grubb & Ellis.
The interview process was conducted over the phone. It lasted over an hour and was I was asked a number of questions about my previous employment, biggest accomplishments and challenges in my last role. Overall the interview went very well.
