I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Grupo Intercom (Barcelona (Spain)) in July 2015.
The interview process entailed two face-to-face interviews: one with the CEO and one with HR.
It was easy as they asked mainly behavioral questions and skills-related questions. They wanted to see if I had the right personality to work in sales. In particular, they wanted to see they following characteristics:
- commercial acumen
