Mission: Turning Distributed Sales Call Details into Actionable Sales Intelligence. Accuracy Matters.
I have been working at Gryphon Networks full-time (More than a year)
Before I begin, today was my last official day working at Gryphon as their Digital Marketing Manager.
Gryphon is a great place to work. In fact it was one of the first places I have worked where I had regular conversations with the CEO every morning before I started my day about every subject you could think of. I didn’t believe him at first but when he said he had an open door policy, he meant it.
Jeff actually takes an active interest in all of his employees and it is not uncommon to see him walking around the floor talking with everybody he comes in contact with. Eric the CRO also has an open door policy and is actively involved in the day to day operations, but makes sure that he is not micro-managing his staff. Both Jeff and Eric let their teams AND employees do the jobs they were hired to do. They get involved if needed and are very open to new ideas and your ideas.
Working at Gryphon is truly a collaborative experience, we work hard and get rewarded for our efforts. I think one of the best parts about working at Gryphon was the people that work at Gryphon. During my time there I have met some really great people that I hope to remain in contact with. With that said if you ever have the opportunity to work here do it!
I also enjoyed having the ability to work at a company that believes in a work life balance. Companies like Gryphon are few a far between.
I wouldn’t say there are any cons to working at Gryphon at least I can’t say anything bad. For the most part every member of the Gryphon team is a true dedicated professional.
