Guggenheim Partners – Why Work For Us?

For well over a century, the Guggenheim name has been synonymous with a spirit of innovation and a track record of results. Delivering innovative solutions to the complex challenges facing clients is a hallmark of Guggenheim’s legacy of success.

Our history stems from Guggenheim Brothers, the Guggenheim family business dating back to the late 1800s. Guggenheim Partners began with the mission of creating exceptional value for our clients by applying the principles that made the Guggenheim family one of the most successful innovators, investors, and business managers in American history.

Those principles entailed engaging highly talented people, challenging them to think creatively, and encouraging them to achieve extraordinarily high standards in their fields of expertise. Today, we continue to uphold the principles of the Guggenheim family by promoting a firm culture that values initiative, encourages ideas, and rewards success.

We believe that great organizations are built by employing and partnering with the best and brightest people. We focus relentlessly on delivering results through innovative solutions. We relish opportunities to solve complex problems through exhaustive approaches. As we conduct our business every day, every member of Guggenheim is expected to uphold our uncompromising standards for integrity and excellence and to be personally accountable for their actions and business results.

We offer compelling opportunities for self-starters who take great pride in the quality of their work and seek to exceed expectations. We are looking for people who take ownership, adhere to the highest standards, and think creatively to realize opportunities.

At Guggenheim, we are committed to investing in our communities and delivering social impact by engaging our employees, clients and other stakeholders in meaningful and impactful corporate citizenship programs.

    Easy Interview

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Guggenheim Partners (New York, NY).

Applied through an employee and received an interview call to meet two people from the peer team, which went well. After I followed up with them two weeks later, I was invited to meet the hiring manager and their manager, which also went well. Since I didn't hear back, I followed up again after two weeks and was invited again to meet two more people and HR, which also went well. Waited for feedback and received none; only a voicemail from one of the interviewers weeks later stating I am neither selected nor rejected, and nothing else! Was terribly disappointed after going through six different interviews only to hear an inconclusive feedback from them.
